ORDERS
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date. You can also check the current delivery time here to see if there are any delays. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days before tracking becomes available. If 48 hours have passed since you placed your order and you still haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team.
At checkout, you’ll see all available delivery options and any applicable fees.
RETURNS
If you need a return label, you can easily create one yourself by registering your return in our Return Portal.
Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be returned in-store. Instead, you can register your return in our Return Portal and create your return label there.
Returns cost 3,49£, which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
It can take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you send your return parcel until it is delivered to our warehouse, processed, and refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you selected when placing your order.
Please note that 3,49£ is deducted for returns. If you believe you have received an incorrect refund for any other reason, please contact Customer Service and provide your order number and the refunded amount.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you are welcome to place a new order.
CHANGING MY ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your order, as the order information is sent directly from our online store to our warehouse system to ensure fast delivery. You can always choose not to collect your parcel, and it will automatically be returned to us at no additional cost.
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect name, phone number, or address, it will automatically be returned to us at no extra cost. Once we receive the parcel at our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email, and your full refund will be processed within approximately 20 working days.
OTHER
To make room for new styles and trends, it is unlikely that an item will be restocked once it is sold out in a specific size or colour. Our Customer Service team does not have access to future stock information. We recommend checking the website regularly to see if the item becomes available again.
