You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend . For every 1,000 points earned, you will receive a £3 bonus voucher. Please note that you will not earn points on purchases of gift cards. If you return an item, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted. You can always view your current point balance in your member account. To collect points, you must be logged in to your member account. Points are valid for 12 months and will be automatically deleted afterwards. However, if you earn new points within this 12‑month period, the validity of all your points will be extended so that they expire 12 months after the date you last earned points. Points are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or member. In case of suspected fraud or misuse, we may suspend or cancel your membership.

Bonus vouchers are issued 30 days after you reach the threshold of 1,000 points. The voucher will appear in your member account and can be used online at JDY.co and in our app. Bonus vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards, and you will not get your voucher back if you return an item purchased partly or fully with a bonus voucher. The voucher acts as a discount, and in case of returns you will only be refunded the amount you actually paid. If you buy more than one item when using a voucher, the discount will be allocated proportionally across the items. Bonus vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, gift cards or vouchers.
