You have 100 days to return your items by using the label provided and returning your parcel to the same courier that delivered your items.
Returns cost 2.99 € and will be deducted from your refund.

Whether a new dress, denim, the season’s jacket or a little bit of everything is on their wish list, a gift card gives them the freedom to choose exactly what they want.
The gift card will be sent as a PDF to the email address used when placing the order. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for the gift card to arrive in your inbox.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used online at JDY.com. The gift card cannot be used in JDY stores.
